FAMILY COUNSELING OF COLUMBUS – COUNSELOR TRAINING PROGRAM (INTERNSHIPS)

Counseling interns who are completing their final requirements for their professional degree work at Family Counseling of Columbus for their field placement and training. During this field training – which can be thought of as being similar to a residency program for medical students – counseling interns work very closely with other licensed counselors in the Family Counseling of Columbus program, as well as an on-site clinical supervisor and their University supervisor to provide the same quality of effective counseling to their clients. The benefit to clients is that you have multiple professionals having input into the counseling you receive – when it comes to solving problems, more heads are better than one! Counseling Interns cannot bill insurance.
